Thank you for shopping with us. To provide you with transparent and clear shipping services, we present our shipping policy as follows.
Domestic Shipping (South Korea)
Domestic shipping is free to all regions. Items ordered on the same day will be shipped the next day and delivered within 2-4 days after shipment. We process orders promptly after confirmation, and you can track the shipping process in real-time via your order history.
International Shipping
International shipping is provided worldwide via EMS (Express Mail Service). A flat shipping fee of 34,000 KRW applies to all international orders. Items ordered on the same day are shipped the next day, and delivery times vary by destination after shipment.
International Shipping Time Estimates:
Nearby Regions (Japan, China, etc.): Approx. 4-7 days after shipment
Mid-Range Regions (Southeast Asia, Oceania, etc.): Approx. 7-10 days after shipment
Distant Regions (Europe, North America, South America, etc.): Approx. 10-14 days after shipment
Delivery periods may vary due to customs clearance procedures and local delivery conditions. EMS International Express Mail provides tracking services, allowing customers to check the real-time delivery status via the tracking number on the order page.
Customs duties, VAT, and other taxes incurred during international shipping may be the customer's responsibility according to the laws of the receiving country.
Return and Exchange Shipping Costs
For domestic orders, we cover the shipping costs for returns and exchanges due to product defects or incorrect shipments. However, customers are responsible for both ways shipping costs for returns or exchanges due to simple change of mind.
For international orders, customers are responsible for the international return shipping fee of 34,000 KRW. Even for returns due to product defects or incorrect shipments, the initial international shipping fee is non-refundable due to the nature of international shipping. Customers must prepay the return shipping fee and send the item back. Once the return is confirmed, only the product amount will be refunded.
Delivery Delays and Loss
Delivery may be delayed due to force majeure circumstances such as natural disasters, customs clearance delays, or local delivery conditions. In such cases, we will promptly notify you through our customer service center. If loss or damage occurs during shipping, we will take appropriate action after verifying the shipping tracking information.
