Shipping policy

We ship from our studio in Korea, with tracking provided on every order.

Orders to Korea
Shipping is free on every order within Korea, sent by CJ Logistics (CJ대한통운). Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and usually arrive within 3-7 days. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Prices for Korea are shown in Korean won (KRW) and include VAT.

International delivery
International orders are sent by EMS express and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Delivery to the United States typically takes 5-8 business days after dispatch. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

International shipping cost
Complimentary shipping on international orders of two or more pieces. For single-piece orders, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Duties and taxes
United States: all import duties and taxes for orders to the United States are prepaid by us, so the price you see at checkout is the final price. There are no additional customs charges on delivery.
Other countries: if import duties and taxes are shown at checkout, they are paid with your order and there is nothing more to pay on delivery. If they are not shown, the destination country may charge import duties, taxes (such as VAT or GST) and a carrier handling fee on delivery, and these are paid by the recipient. Returns and exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for full details.
