Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

How to start a return
Email us at info@camillewear.com with your order number, and we will reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping is non-refundable. If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, we cover the cost of return.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to appear.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us right away at info@camillewear.com if anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

Non-returnable items
Gift cards cannot be returned.
